Pacific Rim [Merritt Island, FL]

Love Pacific Rim! Went there with the Mills after Hokkaido's stopped serving sushi during the week. I had my usual sushi choices: Salmon, Flying Fish Eggs, and Freshwater Eel. Bill had steak and chicken hibachi. All was delicious!

Restaurant R’evolution [French Quarter, New Orleans, LA]

Went to Restaurant R'evolution with Bill H, Rosendo, and Derek. Had a lovely time, and the tab was astronomical! Derek and Rosendo split the Tomahawk steak, it looked really good! Bill H had the Seared Scallops, he ate it before I could get a picture. I had the divine Lamb Chops. Oh so good!

For dessert, I had the cheese plate. And we ate most of that before I could get a photo. Bill had a bread pudding, and Rosendo had the Creme Brulee. All was great!

Shaya [Touro, New Orleans, LA]

Back to Shaya, it was great the last time. And it was great this time too. Started off with the Lamb Ragu. As good as last time. Rosendo had the Lamb Shank and Persian rice, which was wonderful. And I tried the Roasted Salmon. Fabulous. It was flavored with tarragon, my all time favorite spice.

Crescent City Steaks [Bayou St John, New Orleans, LA]

Went to Crescent City Steaks with Rosendo. Nice place, nothing fancy. Sort of old fashioned. Super hot plates! We both had the Ribeye. Very good! And for dessert, we had a piece of pecan pie. So good! I forgot to take a picture until the very end.

Went to Taste of Tokyo with Rosendo. Nice place. Had the Shrimptini as an appetizer, yummy! Then we both had sushi, no photos.

Second Empire [Raleigh, NC]

Found a charming restaurant in Raleigh, NC during the ECO conference with Rosendo. Fabulous place, fabulous food. Can't remember exactly what my starter was, but Rosendo had the French Onion Soup. And we both had the lamb chops. Very nice.
