Found a charming restaurant in Raleigh, NC during the ECO conference with Rosendo. Fabulous place, fabulous food. Can't remember exactly what my starter was, but Rosendo had the French Onion Soup. And we both had the lamb chops. Very nice.4 out of 4 stars
