Had lunch with my husband Bill at Columbia Restaurant in Ybor City today. This restaurant is more than 100 years old! It was fabulous! I almost ate it all before getting any pictures.
I had the Atun Crudo tapas appetizer (yellowfin tuna, tomatoes, cucumbers on tostones) and Pollo con Manchego y Pasta as the main course. The appetizer was good, but the main course was great! The chicken was moist and delicious with the melted manchego pasta purse was divine.
Bill had the Cuban sandwich and Black Bean soup. He says it was very good!
It was a great lunch at a great place!
