Went to the Chophouse New Orleans with Rosendo. We both ordered the 8 oz. Center Cut Ribeye. I had a side of asparagus with a side of hollandaise sauce while Rosendo had a fully loaded baked potato. The steak was cooked Pittsburgh style, charred on the outside with a warm red/pink center. I also had the Franciscan Cabernet Sauvignon, delicious. It was a very nice, quiet restaurant with a lot of class. And the waiter was great, attention to detail was impeccable.
